It speeds the quoting process if we know the following prior to speaking with our factories :
- Have you ever supplied this product in the past?
- Do you have a target investment?
- What is the original and subsequent order quantities needed (estimate)and sizes if applicable.
- Date needed in your customers hands.
- Will you need a quote on shipping and local delivery? or do you need EXW (factory pricing) we can also supply DDP (DDP=Delivered duty paid pricing)
- Do you have art in vector?
How long does a quote usually take?
This question depends on the type of product and the amount of customization. While it can but a few hours to a day for a something as basic as a hat project. Some more difficult projects require more communication with the factories over multiple days. We prefer to take the necessary time to ensure we provide the best and most accurate quote possible.
What happens next?
We highly recommend a pre-production sample to ensure the quality and decoration of the item. although this may take more time it is time well spent.
