 All orders will be acknowledged in writing. If a customer does not promptly receive an email notification the order is not considered active. It is the buyers responsibility to notify FTI of any order discrepancies in a timely manor. Any and all order changes must be in writing and acknowledged by both parties.  

 All products are intended for adult use only unless specifically stated in the listing  

 Every attempt will be made to reach exact amounts ordered however, Due to the nature of manufacturing process, we reserve the right to under or over ship an order by 5% your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

 Less Than minimum may be available please contact us with your needs. 

  Fast Track Import LLC cannot assume liability on non-fulfillment of orders caused by the inability to obtain raw material due to embargoes, strikes, fires, or other causes beyond our control. Including new or discontinued items by our suppliers. 

Fast Track Import LLC (FTI) delivery term is FOB (Free on Board) Shipping origination point, which means that we (FTI) are responsible for the goods until they are Tendered to the transportation carrier at the respective factory or decoration facility. After that, the buyer assumes total ownership and liability for the shipment, regardless of whether the shipping cost are included in our standard service. While even we cover the cost of transportation, it's important to note that any damages, losses, or delays that occur during transit are the responsibility of the carrier and / or buyer.

 Production Time begins after final art approval and payment terms have been accepted. We make every reasonable effort to deliver your order on time. Fast Track Import LLC is not responsible for delays beyond its control including but not limited to common carrier delays, weather related delays, natural disasters or acts of war. 

 Please contact us third party and drop ship charges may apply. Fulfillment services are available. 

 Due to unavoidable manufacturer product changes and shipping costs, we may be required to make occasional pricing updates on our products. They may not be reflected in our catalog . We strongly recommend that you verify price prior to quoting  any order by contacting our team. The true color of the products may vary from the actual item color. For true representations we suggest you see a sample of the item. 

 Please reference previous purchase number on your PO. Files will be saved for 24 months. After 24 months a new set up or tooling charge may apply.

 We do not share, rent or sell your personal information. If you choose to use a link on our site we (FTI) are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. We recommend you read each sites policy carefully and make informed decisions.  

 Please be aware PMS colors may appear slightly different on various materials. For example PMS on plastic vs. PMS on silk or polyester. please expect slight differences. 

Artwork, designs, logos and trademarks imprinted on products in this catalog have been reproduced only as an example of the quality of imprints available . They are not intended to represent or constitute an endorsement of Fast Track Import LLC ( FTI) or its products by any other company. All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by factory in producing the items ordered will be accepted by factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent contractual limitations or similar protection.

Custom Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders may not be eligible for cancellation once a purchase order (PO) has been submitted to the factory.

If the factory approves a cancellation, a 6% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover credit card processing and refund transaction costs.

Please note that cancellation requests are subject to the factory's sole discretion, and not all orders can be canceled after they have been placed. In cases where a full cancellation is not possible, a partial refund may be available. Any partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the factory.
