All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receipt of goods. Merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization and a return number issued by the factory. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks after authorization is given or the claim will be voided. No credit will be issued if product was not used in its normal course. To cancel an order before production requires a 40$ (G) cancellation fee. To cancel during production, order will be billed for cost of labor and materials, in addition to cancellation fee. All cancellations must be authorized by factory and received in writing And all fees paid by customer.

A reorder set up fee is waived for two calendar years from date of the last order using the identical art file.
